Here it is; the first Issue of the 2022/2023 Issue Committee! We have a lot of fresh faces in our new Issue, so this issue of the Issue is a breath of fresh air. The theme of this Issue is War, which is relevant now more than ever. Here is a quick rundown of what everyone wrote:

Michiel de Bruin wrote about Henry Kissinger, one of the most controversial Nobel Peace Prize recipients ever. Marit Stegeman wrote about art in times of war, with some powerful paintings and an in-depth analysis, Guus Houben wrote a piece about social media and how it can be seen as a digital battlefield with warring companies and free speech, Sam van Nijhuis wrote a book review about Jennette McCurdy’s memoire I’m Glad My Mom Died. Lieke van Well wrote about controversial InfoWars host Alex Jones, and Sterre Alberts wrote about the turmoil around the movie Don’t Worry Darling, which gained quite some popularity because of Harry Styles and Florence Pugh.

The Issue’s editor-in-chief is Yasmila Rizk and the layout was done by Tim van Zomeren. Thank you!
